The hornet is very similar to the wasp but the obvious difference is the sheer size. Hornets are twice the size of wasps and have some red colourations on the back, legs and head.

The Hornets nest is a lot smaller than the nest of the wasp but will still become very busy and dangerous during the summer months.

The treatment for Hornets is exactly the same as that of wasps.
